Philodendron crassinervium is endemic to the Southeastern forests of Brazil, where it is found gowing epiphytically or sometime epilithically. It has highly elongated lanceolate leaves, with a prominent and very plump midrib and red margins. The leaves can grow to three feet long and several inches wide. This plant makes for a spectacular specimen on a moss totem or other climbing medium.
Care of Philodendron crassinervium:
- Bright, indirect light.
- Water when top two inches of soil become dry.
