Michaelmoelleria vietnamensis is the only plant of its genus. It is considered critically endangered. It is of the Gesneriad family and closely resembles an African Violet. It was recently discovered in 2020 and named in honor of the botanist Michael Möller. It grows in southern Vietnam on granitic montane hills.
