Begonia 'Steve's Leaves Fraise Noire' has large, olive green to black leaves that appear sheen and have a crinkled texture in higher amounts of light. The leaf margin is wavy and the backside of the leaf is red. The large flower clusters are bright pink that subtly fade to white at the base. The epithet "Fraise Noire" is French for "Black Strawberry" in reference to the dark leaves and contrasting bright pink flowers.
