Begonia 'Lone Star Aussie' is a very nice cane-like hybrid. This was created by Lyla Kilpatrick of Perth, Australia. She sent some seed to Texas, it was planted and raised in Texas. The large leaves are black with large silver dots on them. It is an upright grower. The flowers are in large clusters and tend grow more upright than most canes. The flowers are pink and fade to white where they are attached to the peduncle.
