Nematanthus greagrius is native to the coastal mountains of Brazil. An old synonym for it is Hypocrata gregarius. This species also as two common names, "Guppie Flower" and " Candy Corn Plant" Because the flowers resemble both an over fed guppie and the favorite Halloween candy. The flowers are light orange and tend to form more on the tips of the branches. The small oval leaves are thick, dark green and glossy. It has a trailing growth habit and will make a beautiful small hanging basket. Water with room temperature water and keep away from cold drafts, this will spot the foliage.
