Xerosicyos danguyi (aka"String of Paper Plates"/"Silver Dollar Vine") is a vining succulent from Madagascar with round fleshy leaves with a silver-green hue. It branches from the base and will scramble readily up a trellis or fence. This plant is extremely drought tolerant and care must be taken not to overwater, especially in the winter months. We received the mother plant from Brett, of Gabriella Plants, and he requested that if we propagated & sold the plant we would sell it under the name "string of paper plates".
Family: Cucurbitaceae
Care of Xerosicyos danguyi:
- Full sun
- 50-90 degrees
- Humidity less that 50%
- Water when soil has become completely dry
- Keep plant dry in winter months
