Syngonium chiapense variegated is quite unlike most other syngoniums. The leaves grow to two feet long and do not become deeply lobed and split, instead keeping their shield-like shape. It resembles a philodendron, but the irritating white sap is a clear giveaway to its placement in the syngonium genus. This is a vigorous climber and will do best with a support that its aerial roots can cling to.
Care of Syngonium chiapense:
Shade to partial sun, temp. 45 to 95 degrees. Allow getting fairly dry between waterings.
Family: Araceae
This plant is shipped in a 3-4 inch pot.
