Begonia 'Steve's Leaves Fang' is a new rex hybrid from Steve's Leaves, hybridized in house by famed begonia expert Don Miller. It was dubbed "Fang" for the fang like serrations at the margins of the large leaves. Like many rex hybrids, the colors in the leaves tend to vary depending on season. Colors tend to dull in the heat of summer but will become more vibrant again as the weather cools.

I've had this plant for 2.5 weeks now it's still very healthy. I don't quite see the colors in the image, I'm assuming I have to wait for it to mature. So far it's growing nicely. Ive placed it on a southern facing window inside my slider turtles enclosure for humidity. Its not directly on the window sill just off to the side.
I was in love with "Fang" from the moment I laid eyes on it, my first time browsing Steve's Leaves website, of course it seemed like the item's that stood out to me stood out to everyone else to because they were out of stock, UNLIKE OTHER SHOPS where you just hope to get lucky and cross your fingers, you can sign up to be notified when a plant you like is out of stock, and I couldn't believe in less than two weeks later I was in fact contacted via text it was available at no increased cost I purchased 2 and it did not disappoint when it arrived and I saw it in person! ITS BEAUTIFUL AND STILL ALIVE! 100% RECOMMEND!
