Malvaviscus penduliflorus variegata
Malvaviscus penduliflorus is a perennial evergreen shrub in the mallow family that is native to tropical regions of Mexico. Its common name comes from its pendulous flowers that resemble unopened, or "sleeping," hibiscus flowers. The leaves of this variety are splashed with yellow to white variegation for some extra contrast against the red flowers.
Does best in full sun, but will tolerate partial shade at the expense of some flower production. Allow soil to dry slightly between waterings.
This plant is shipped in a 3.5 - 4 inch pot.
