Begonia melanobullata is a very unique species from the cliffs of Vietnam. This species shows its signature dark colored bullae from a very young age whereas Begonia ferox requires the plant to be more mature before development. This species requires high humidity to thrive.

I cant believe it looks like it does. Crazy spiked leaves! It has more leaves than expected. Very healthy!Packaged with care. Not a spiked bothered in transit. I did research and had a terrarium ready. I watered/spritzed her and put her in right away. If all goes well I'll plant it directly in enclosure. Not my 1st terrarium but im totally nervous.
