This is a seed grown cross of the two velvet-leaved species Anthurium regale and Anthurium nigrolaminum 'Gigi'. These plants were hand pollinated, harvested, and sown right here in the Steve's Leaves greenhouse. Each seedling has a unique combination of traits form both parents, so variation from plant to plant is to be expected.
