Begonia 'Manaus' is a hybrid of two Brazilian species. The parents are B. 'soli-mutata' and B. thelmae. It has characteristics of both parents. It has the trailing growth habit of B. thelmae but the shape, texture and color is more like a mix of both parents. It has tiny white flowers. It does better with a little extra humidity and does very well in a terrarium.
