Hoya 'Michele' is a cross between H. verticillata Laos and H. acuta albomarginata. It was developed by Mark Bernardo who named it after the Italian botanist Michele Rodda, who has published many hoya species. The leaves are round and quite large, featuring prominent raised veins and splashes of silver. This hoya thrives in indirect light, where leaves develop a deep green coloration.
