Monstera siltepecana 'El Salvador' is very similar to Monstera siltepecana but has distinct differences in leaf color and the leaves are a bit larger even at immaturity. The silver-green leaves are lance shaped with dark green veins. Give it support to climb and these leaves will grow quite large and fenestrate at maturity. 

Care of Monstera siltepecana 'El Salvador':
Shade to partial shade, temp. 50 to 95 degrees, it will grow up a support or hang down over a basket, allow getting slightly dry between watering
