Asystasia gangetica 'variegata' is a vigorously growing ground cover with yellow variegated leaves and cream and purple flowers. This plant is quick to spread when grown outdoors and is considered invasive in some areas. Flowers are followed by explosive seed pods that shoot the small seeds in a wide radius.
