The oval leaves are green and red with silver and red markings but this plant loves to bloom in the spring and fall and it blooms profusely with large clusters of yellow flowers with red backs and ovaries that glow against the foliage. It loves to show off displaying its flowers high above the leaves for everyone to see. Like many rex hybrids, the colors in the leaves tend to vary depending on season.
