Hoya spartioides is a very unique species native to Borneo. What makes this so unique is that instead of leaves the plant grows only peduncles straight stems. The blooms primarily open at night, so be on bloom watch each evening! The blooms are very small and star-shaped they are a yellow and red coloration. It is said this plant was first described back in the 1800's.
Care of Hoya spartioides:
- Bright, indirect light.
- 60 to 85 degrees.
- Water when soil surface is dry to the touch.
- Trailing or twining growth habit.

Appreciate that Steve's Leaves is a certified nursery and that the packaging displayed their certificate of approval on the parcel.
