Begonia kingiana is a rare species native to peninsular Malaysia where is grows on limestone cliffs. In habitat there are many variations in it's form and coloration, so we are referring to this one as Type 2. The leaves are succulent and peltate, coming to a point at the apex. They sport a tortoise shell like pattern of dark green and light green.
