Begonia klemmei (formerly identified as B. U606)
is a rhizamatous type begonia native to the Philippines. The leaves and stems are covered in distinctive golden hairs that create a beautiful color shift affect when viewed from different angles. The leaves are dark green with bright yellow-green venation and a vibrant red reverse. This plant requires extra humidity and we recommend growing it in an enclosed terrarium.
Care of Begonia klemmei:
Shade to partial shade, temp. 45 to 95 degrees, 5 to 10 in. tall. Allow surface of soil to dry between waterings.
This plant is shipped in a 3 inch pot.
