The plant was found on the river banks of the Ulu Endau River in Johor, Malaysia growing in the shade and is considered to be very rare and endangered in its native habitat.

Care of Hoya endauensis:

  • Do not give too much light, indirect light.
  • 75 to 95 degrees.
  • Water when soil surface is dry to the touch.
  • Humidity over 75%
  • Trailing or twining growth habit.
