Hatiora pentaptera

Hatiora pentaptera is a trailing succulent native to Brazil. This unusual cactus has only been recorded to grow naturally in a small area of what is now Rio De Janeiro. It is sometimes listed under it's synomyn Rhipsalis pentaptera. It makes an odd but magnificent hanging basket.
