Begonia melanobullata is a very unique species from the cliffs of Vietnam. This species shares some characteristics to B. ferox, but the major difference is that melanobullata shows its signature dark colored bullate from a very young age and ferox requires the plant to be more mature before development. This species requires high humidity to thrive.
