Begonia ‘Tweedle Dandy’ is a new cultivar in the tuberous horticultural group. It is not actually a tuberous plant, because it does not go dormant. But it does form a large thick trunk, like its parent B. dregeii (partita). The leaves are a bronze color with small silver spots on them. This plant makes a beautiful bonsai, because the trunk gets thick when young. Grow it as a bushy specimen or thin out the branches and make a bonsai. It has white flowers.
