No, I am sorry but at this time we are not able to ship outside the U.S.A.

At one time we could but it is no longer manageable for us to custom grow plants for groups or individuals. Please sign up to get an email when that plant comes back in stock on the items page.

No sorry. We are not set up with the staff and facilities to allow the public to visit. We can arrange for groups like garden clubs and plant societies to take tours though.

Yes, we do. We sell growers choice and if you are interested please send an email to info@stevesleaves for more information.

We guarantee live arrival on all our plants. And have a 30-day replacement guarantee on most. Please see item description for exceptions. We do reserve the right to reject any claims where our receiving instructions we not followed. Or where negligence or purposeful damage has been done. Photos may be requested of plants.

The answer is yes and no. We cannot actually add to a order that has been paid for but you can place a second order and put in the comments section to add to an existing order number. As long as this is done on Sunday, we can add the items to your order and refund the excess shipping.

We can as long as the request is done by midnight on Sunday. We are very busy packing on Mondays and Tuesdays, and it is all hands-on deck. We most likely will not see any other requests until it is too late. The refund on shipping will happen later that week. We will try our best, but is some cases are unable to make it happen.

We do not have wait lists. As simple as this sounds it is a very overwhelming task keeping track of 1000s of names and plants. But we do have a new feature that allows you to be emailed when an item comes back in stock.

We do have heat packs, and we will check your weather and use a heat pack at no charge during the winter if needed.

All of the plants we have available are listed online. If you find an item not in stock please sign up to be notified by email when it returns.

If you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to provide a refund or replace the plant within 30 days. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

All pictures on this site show mature specimens. Your plant will vary depending on the size purchased.

All orders are shipped weekly on Monday or Tuesday. Shipping will vary depending on your location but should take one to three business days.

We are located in the Dallas, Texas area but ship nationwide. Our greenhouses are not open to the public and we do not have a retail store. Ordering is only available online or from one of our authorized retailers.
