Where is Steve’s Leaves located?
We are located in the Dallas, Texas area but ship nationwide. Our greenhouses are not open to the public and we do not have a retail store. Ordering is only available online or from one of our authorized retailers.

How long will it take to receive my plants?
All orders are shipped weekly on Monday or Tuesday. Shipping will vary depending on your location but should take one to three business days.

Will my plant look like the pictures on this site?
All pictures on this site show mature specimens. Your plant will vary depending on the size purchased.

How can I contact you?
Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the request form. We will respond within two business days.

What if I see a plant I want but is not for sale?
We offer a custom grow option. This can take weeks to months as different plants will vary in growing time. Contact us for a custom quote.

What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to provide a refund or replace the plant within 30 days. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
